Join me for the Beginner/Easy Yoga Class at The Farmacy Farmstand, for a gentle introduction to the transformative practice of Yoga. This welcoming class is specially designed for those who are new to yoga, prefer a slower pace, or simply wish to enjoy a more relaxed practice. No matter your level or experience, I will provide a variety of props and modifications to ensure everyone can fully enjoy the benefits of this class.

(10 class punch cards available for $150)
 
Yoga Mats will be provided, along with the basic props for this class, but feel free to bring your own mats and props if you wish!
 
This class is Weather Permitting. You'll get the opportunity to book for a future class or a refund if class is cancelled due to weather. No refunds or exchanges for any other reason than if I have to cancel due to weather.
