Join us on Saturday, June 13th at 6:30pm for my Garlic Scape Butter Workshop! This workshop will be a fantastic opportunity to learn all about garlic and its lesser-known component, garlic scapes, as well as how to creatively incorporate them into your cooking.
 
During the workshop, you will get to make your own garlic scape butter and take it home with you. In addition, you will also get a tour of my beautiful garlic field (weather permitting), and a bunch of additional garlic scapes to experiment with.
