Immerse yourself in the mystical energy of the full moon with an unforgettable evening of yoga, mindfulness, and ritual. This unique experience blends movement, intention-setting, and the soothing vibes of the lunar cycle to create a truly transformative event.
 
The Flow of the Night:
Yoga Practice:
Flow through a gentle yet invigorating yoga session; aligning your body with the rhythm of nature and flow through poses that promote balance, strength, and inner peace.
Journaling & Release Ritual:
With a provided journal, you’ll write down thoughts, feelings, or intentions that surfaced during the class. A time to connect deeply with yourself and your personal journey, and engage in a nature inspired Full Moon Release Ritual.
Flower Crafting:
In honor of May's Flower Moon, you’ll adorn a masquerade mask with dried flowers, creating a one-of-a-kind piece inspired by the beauty of the season. Let your creativity bloom as you design a mask that feels both enchanting and uniquely yours.
Bonfire & Light Refreshments:
As the evening winds down, gather around a cozy bonfire. Let the warmth of the fire bring a sense of peace and community as you enjoy complementary refreshments. This is a moment to share, reflect, and bask in the glow of the full moon and the firelight.
 
$45/person.
 
Yoga mats and essential props will be provided for this class. However, you are welcome to bring your own mat and props if preferred.
