Flow through a gentle yet invigorating yoga session; aligning your body with the rhythm of nature and flow through poses that promote balance, strength, and inner peace.
 
Journaling & Release Ritual:
With a provided journal, you’ll write down thoughts, feelings, or intentions that surfaced during the class. A time to connect deeply with yourself and your personal journey, and engage in a nature inspired Full Moon Release Ritual.
 
Craft:
Unleash your creativity and tap into your crafty side with a guided hands-on project designed to inspire and delight.
 
Bonfire & Light Refreshments:
As the evening winds down, gather around a cozy bonfire. Let the warmth of the fire bring a sense of peace and community as you enjoy complimentary strawberry themed refreshments. This is a moment to share, reflect, and bask in the glow of the full moon and the firelight.
 
$45/person.
 
Yoga mats and essential props will be provided for this class. However, you are welcome to bring your own mat and props if preferred.
 
This class is subject to weather conditions. In the event of cancellation due to weather, you will have the option to reschedule for a future Full Moon class or receive a full refund. Please note, no refunds or exchanges will be offered for reasons other than weather-related cancellations.
