Join me for the Beginner/Easy Yoga Class at The Farmacy Farmstand, for a gentle introduction to the transformative practice of Yoga. This welcoming class is specially designed for those who are new to yoga, prefer a slower pace, or simply wish to enjoy a more relaxed practice. No matter your level or experience, I will provide a variety of props and modifications to ensure everyone can fully enjoy the benefits of this class. I also have plenty of extra yoga mats if you need one!
