Sound Bath by Pearl Carpenter and Scalp Massage by Vittoria Wurl
 
Experience relaxation and rejuvenation during our Sound Bath & Scalp T(HAIR)apy on Saturday, Februay 14th at 4pm. Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls while enjoying a scalp massage, hair brushing, and gently touch techniques to encourage you into a deep state of relaxation. Let the healing vibrations of the singing bowls and the intuitive touch of a scalp massage wash away the stresses of the week, lowering cortisol, tension & slowing the mind
 
Yoga Mats and blankets will be provided, but feel free to bring your own pillows, blankets, etc. to insure your comfort during the sound bath. 
 
*Please note some medical conditions may cause a risk for taking part in a sound bath, such as pregnancy, history of seizures, medical implants (i.e. pace makers), or tinnitus. Please consult your physician if you have any concerns.
