Experience relaxation and rejuvenation at my upcoming Sunday Sound Bath on February 1st at 5pm. Come immerse yourself in the calming and serene sounds of Crystal Singing Bowls. This beginner-friendly event will begin with a gentle introduction to the practice, followed by a calming journey through the 7 chakras. 
 
After the sound bath, there will be time for attendees to chat, reflect, or journal about their experience. Come and unwind with us on the farm and let the healing vibrations of the singing bowls wash away the stresses of the week.
 
$20/person.
 
Yoga mats and blankets will be provided, but feel free to bring your own pillows, blankets, etc. to insure your comfort during the sound bath. 
 
*Please note some medical conditions may cause a risk for taking part in a sound bath, such as pregnancy, history of seizures, medical implants (i.e. pace makers), or tinnitus. Please consult your physician if you have any concerns.
