Join me for a relaxing Yoga Class at The Farmacy Farmstand, for a calming class to help you unwind for the night. This welcoming class is specially designed for those who are new to yoga, prefer a slower pace, or simply wish to enjoy a more relaxed practice. No matter your level of experience, I will provide a variety of props and modifications to ensure everyone can fully enjoy the benefits of this class.

Yoga Mats will be provided, along with the basic props for this class, but feel free to bring your own mats and props if you wish!
