Garlic Update: I will have a few last bunches of Garlic Scapes available over the next few days and I'll start pulling garlic today or tomorrow!!! You can eat fresh garlic, it just has a bit of a stronger flavor, but it is super easy to peel! Cured garlic will be available in about a month. I grew 5 varieties of garlic this year that I think you will love!
I'm starting to harvest Onions as well! I grew a bunch of different varieties, mostly yellow and purple/red varieties! Feel free to stop by for some, I'll pull it right from the garden for ya when you get here!
I will also be harvesting some honey this week! The tomatoes are coming in beautifully, the peppers are looking good, might be another iffy cucumber year, but that's okay!
The Yoga Garden is really starting to take off, thanks to the rain! The Luffa plants are taller than I am and will be to the top of the tunnel soon! We did expand the parking lot this year and created better access to the luffa tunnel. While you can still only go in the tunnel for events, you can get right in front of the tunnel to see how it's growing and maybe snap a picture if you'd like!
The sunflowers in the yoga garden are looking great, almost waist high! We are also starting to pick quite a few of our dried flower varieties, meaning our Daily Flower Buffet should be available within a few weeks!
