Garlic Scape season is just a few weeks long, so don't wait to grab some to make this delicious and amazing Garlic Scape Butter!
P.S. Garlic Scapes are the flowering stem of garlic that I cut off to grow bigger garlic.
Ingredients:
*1 lb of Butter at room temperature (your favorite butter, with or without salt)

*8-10 Garlic Scapes
Step 1: Cut the garlic scapes up into smaller pieces to fit in your blender or food processor.

Step 2: Blend up the scapes in your blender or food processor. There will still be some chunks, which is fine!
Step 3: Mix the blended scapes into your room temperature butter.
Step 4: Divide up and wrap up your butter in wax paper or your preferred container. Leave some in the fridge and freeze the rest!
Use Garlic Scape Butter to top a steak, a baked potato, to fry up some veggies, even to butter your bread for a grilled cheese! There are so many ways to use this delicious butter!
