Roasted Lemon & Parmesan Asparagus

I had to try this recipe when a customer told me this is how she was cooking her asparagus! Super easy to make, didn't take a lot of time and it was delicious!

Ingredients:

Asparagus - 1lb

Olive Oil (or oil or your choice)

Salt & Pepper

Butter

Lemon (or Lemon Juice)

Parmesan cheese


  1. Rinse and trim your asparagus to fit your pan.

  2. Sprinkle asparagus with olive oil, salt and pepper and roll around to coat evenly.

  3. Squeeze the juice out of a lemon over top of the asparagus.

  4. Dot the top of your asparagus with some butter.

  5. Put in the oven at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes.

  6. Top your asparagus with your favorite parmesan cheese.

  7. Put back in the oven for a few minutes until the cheese melts.


*Cook a few minutes longer if using thicker asparagus
